Features

Reduce compression and save operating costs

VF series combines aerodynamics and fluid mechanics, and is designed through precise calculation. It guides compressed air into the filter element along an arc path for filtration, with stronger pollutant removal capacity and smaller pressure drop. For every 0.14kgf/m2 decrease in voltage drop, power input can be reduced by 1%, effectively controlling and reducing overall operating costs.

Intelligent monitoring and remote management

Genius has innovatively developed a new generation ofcompressed air monitoring cloud platform,which canefficiently filter compressed air while establishing a digitavirtual factory to comprehensively monitor, analyze, andpresent the compressed air status of the entire factory. Thecombination of filters and the Internet of Things significantlyreduces manual inspections, ensures the efficiency of filterusage, and effectively avoids the possibility of air quality non-compliance and production shutdown caused by filter failure inair compression stations
